Support and represent: You support your foreman in the professional and organizational management of the team and take responsibility in his absence. Keeping production in the river: Together with the foreman, You ensure that everything goes round – from raw material to finished product – always with a view to quality, efficiency and safety. Living standards – not only complying: whether working safety, quality assurance, GMP, excipact or environmental protection: You pay attention to compliance with the requirements and help anchor them in the team everyday. sharing knowledge, developing potentials: You support the integration, training and promotion of employees – practical and motivating. Improve before it becomes necessary: You introduce ideas, identify optimization potentials and drive changes together with your foreman – for more efficiency and sustainable results.

You have completed vocational training (preferably as a chemical or comparable technical qualification) You have relevant practical experience as well as (at best) first leadership experience You work independently, carefully and responsibly You are capable of teaming and possess good enforcement You know production processes and actively shape them in compliance with the above-mentioned guidelines You have good knowledge of GMP, SAP PP-PI/PM and SAP MM basic knowledge You have fluent German language skills in word and writing as well as basic knowledge in English
