Ensure quality and standards: ensure consistent compliance with all process performance and the sophisticated product standards in the Airframe sector. Indicators & reporting control: You maintain and analyze quality report indicators on product quality, customer satisfaction and corrective action management and derive targeted inspection plans. Developing processes: You define and update future-oriented quality standards and processes and establish a highly efficient management system for remedial measures. Coordinating customer-oriented solutions: You control the sustainable elimination of quality problems, are in direct contact with customers and provide sound feedback. Conduct risk analyses: guide and accompany preventive DFMEAs (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and follow the defined measures consistently.

Education & Study: You have a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in aircraft engineering, engineering, aerospace and industrial engineering.

Professional experience: You bring multi-year (at least 2 years) sound professional experience in the areas of quality engineering, aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering or quality assurance.

Expertise & IT: You have demonstrable knowledge in process management and in DFMEA. In addition, master MS Excel sovereignly (detail functions); Experiences with Skywise are beneficial.

Languages: You communicate in both German and English in a safe manner.

Personality: You are characterized by a rapid understanding, a highly structured, independent working and excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels.

Management certificate: A guide certificate must be presented without entry for start-up.
