At our location in Oberkochen, Aalen, we are looking for an for the department “Ground & Naval Mechatronic” at the next possible time Systemingenieurin Mechatronik Ground & Naval Solutions (w/m/d) The mechatronic development area includes the disciplines mechanical and electromechanical construction, optics design, structural analysis and system engineering. From optical and electronic components, we develop optronic observation systems that reliably fulfill their performance data even under very difficult environmental conditions, such as strong vibration and at extreme temperatures. In cooperation with other areas of development, integrated, electromechanically-stabilized education systems are created for land vehicles, border surveillance, submarines and marine vehicles in the multispectral area.

Creation of system architecture of complex optronic and mechatronic products System breakdown for electronics, mechanics, optics and software components Standardization of system specifications and operation in the “Doors” systemengineering tool Technical coordination of product development within an interdisciplinary project team Requirement management to define the scope of development Definition and supervision of qualifying tests Review of development results, support in systematic troubleshooting and preparation of quality gates Coordination and support for internal and external development work Creation of skeletons and cooperation in offers Evaluation and optimization of offers in terms of performance and costs Coordination with internal and external partners/customers Determination of test requirements, design of prototypes and participation in engineering and qualification tests Accompanying the production start and support of the series Development and unification of processes and procedures in the engineering/mechatronics sector (Doors, ECM, product development process)

Successfully completed studies of mechatronics, aerospace technology or physics – or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the development of complex technical devices, ideally in the military environment Multiannual experience in Systems Engineering and Requirement Management Experience in dealing with national and international customers and development partners Good knowledge of relevant tools such as Doors and Enterprise Architect – or comparable Safe control of relevant Q tools for error analysis and sustainable error elimination (8D/A3-method, SixSigma, etc.) Good understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes Kentnisse of relevant development tools (Creo, Pulsonix, etc.) Good SAP knowledge (document, material and piece list management) Multiannual experience with the V-model, agile development methods and the control of the product development process with the help of PLM/Quality-Gates Convincing appearance and very good presentation capability Experience in dealing with cooperation partners Solution-oriented operation Embossed communication skills and team orientation Flowing German and advanced English knowledge in word and writing
