You are responsible for the technical management of the properties we rent Monitoring of assigned maintenance services in technical building management including maintenance, inspections and repairs is your task You take over the coordination of construction law (LBO) and insurance law (VdS) recurring expert reviews In the case of technical questions, you act as a contact person*in for our location managers You support commercial property management in technical issues The management of modernization, refurbishment and rebuilding measures is perceived by you You secure the maintenance/disruption management (including tendering, awarding and billing) and support in warranty management Your task field also includes the creation of object reporting as well as cost and budget control When collecting the building technology data for our approximately 70 logistics locations, you take over the structured implementation of the required processes You're posing the building technology data into our CAFM system

You have successfully completed your studies in supply technology, electrical engineering or a comparable technical study, or a comparable master/technical training You have several years of professional experience in real estate / building technology Your knowledge of the current legal foundations and requirements, especially in the field of fire protection, occupational safety and TGA, keeps you up to date You already have experience in communication with location managers and external service providers You describe your working style as a solution-oriented and structured, combined with team spirit and resilience Service orientation paired with empathy and self-employment complete your profile
