Recruiters with a focus on active sourcing (m/f/d)

As a valuable interface to our technical and commercial disciplines and in exchange with the team, you are shaping the orientation of our recruiting processes, the Candidate Journey and the further development of our personal projects. This is one of your tasks: As a valued savings partner in the HR sector, you are an internal consultant for the departments and work closely with staff marketing to reach the right stakeholders and optimize the Candidate Experience. As an Active Sourcer, you take the proactive identification and direct address of candidates via business networks (such as LinkedIn, XING) and develop creative search strategies for the appropriate occupation of specialist and leadership positions. Together with the disciplines and in close exchange with your recruiting compiler, you conduct structured interviews and accompany the entire recruiting process. You are testing the market, analysing recruiting key figures, and in cooperation with other experts from your team you are taking concrete measures. Curious on AirITSystems? You have a degree in human resources management, economics, humanities or a comparable qualification – with HR focus. You bring well-founded experience in recruiting with a strong focus on Active Sourcing as well as a safe handling of recruiting tools and business networks. With a lot of attention, you use your consulting skills both in internal communication with the departments and externally in discussions with candidates. Your affinity for data-based, KPI-related work as well as excellent language skills in German complete your profile.
