A successfully completed commercial training

Found professional experience in rent accounting, ideally paired with first knowledge in WEG accounting

A secure handling of MS Office (in Excel) and ideally experience with the industry software DOMUS

We have a lot to do and offer you a varied range of tasks: Full accounting: You book business incidents, collect invoices, clear accounts and ensure a correct assignment according to current legal requirements.

Rental finances and bills: From liquidity monitoring, operating cost accounting to the payment of rental surpluses, keep the financial overview.

Degrees and certificates: You prepare annual accounts and prepare tax certificates for household services.

Communication and reporting: You prepare reports for our owners and tenants as well as for our management.
