You are responsible for local process and change initiatives, from analysis and conception to piloting to roll-out and the sustainable development of new process standards. You identify product, quality and efficiency potentials in key tax procedures and derive concrete measures You introduce DATEV and technology impulses as well as external best practices and develop our view of modern firm processes, digitalization and automation. You design and moderate workshops, training and communication formats – target group-oriented for specialist areas, locations and central bodies You contribute to quality management (e.g. pre-establishment, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of internal audits) and ensure that improvements are implemented sustainably.
