As a senior process manager:in firm development and digitalization, you actively shape the future of our firm processes. In the central organization, you are driving the standardization, digitization and further development of our work. Together with our subsidiaries and departments, you can identify potential for optimisation, develop practical solutions and ensure that new procedures and digital ways of working are anchored in the everyday business. In doing so, you will experience tax advice, promote best practices and help us to make our workflows more efficient, more uniform and sustainable.

You are responsible for local process and change initiatives, from analysis and conception to piloting to roll-out and the sustainable development of new process standards. You identify product, quality and efficiency potentials in key tax procedures and derive concrete measures You introduce DATEV and technology impulses as well as external best practices and develop our view of modern firm processes, digitalization and automation. You design and moderate workshops, training and communication formats – target group-oriented for specialist areas, locations and central bodies You contribute to quality management (e.g. pre-establishment, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of internal audits) and ensure that improvements are implemented sustainably. You accompany the introduction of digital tools and new ways of working with a focus on acceptance, benefits and successful implementation

Multiannual professional experience in a tax law firm or tax consultancy firm and a very good understanding of tax law firms Experience in project work, optimisation of proce­dence, change or the introduction of solutions Very good DATEV knowledge and interest in new technologies, best practices and modern law firm processes Impressed communication strength, moderation skills and joy in inter-site cooperation Analytical, data-based and at the same time pragmatic working methods with a view to implementable solutions in everyday business The ability to absorb new impulses and to derive concrete conclusions for processes and procedures Standing for regular journeys (approximately 20–40 %)
