Working Student Personnel Marketing and Recruiting (m/f/d)

We are looking for you, initially limited for 24 months, for our company headquarters in Hannover as a working student (m/w/d) in the area of personal marketing and recruiting in parttime with 20 hours/week. You want to take responsibility early next to your studies, experience real HR practice and integrate your hours flexibly into your week? With us, you are in the middle of it only: you support day-to-day business – from screening applications, telephone interviews, to maintaining our applicant management system – and at the same time introduce yourself to exciting strategic topics such as employer branding and employer benefits. A 10-person team will be waiting for you, sharing knowledge and giving you real insights into modern personal marketing. Hands on Day 1: You pack up! You support the team in all day-to-day business tasks – so you are directly at the heart of our HR work. Experience Recruiting close: You accompany the entire recruiting process. Creating and publishing job alerts, documenting applications and conducting first phone interviews on their own – all with a look for the right candidate. Creativity meets HR: Your ideas are in demand! You will also take you at the conceptual level and work on exciting strategic topics such as Employer Branding, Employer's Benefits or Young Talent Marketing. With time you can even focus on your own. Be visible & push Profiles: You support initiative applications, tune with the disciplines and make sure that our employer branding profiles shine on kunu & Co. with valuable content. In the house you are well connected: you exchange closely with the specialist areas and are always connected with colleagues from our large HR area in the daily doing – you build valuable relationships.

Student Power – You are immatricated, for example in economic psychology, economic, communication or social sciences, with a focus on human resources or marketing. First practical experience – internships or first insights into personal marketing or recruiting are best brought along. Strong communication & brave – You like to go to people, whether executives, applicants or colleagues. Textaffin & creative – You have fun writing and always find the right address for your audience. Structured & at the heart of time – you work organized and want to try out the latest digital trends in personal marketing and recruiting.
