As an IT service provider of the Landesverwaltung MV based in Schwerin, we are long-term and competent partners for our customers in the public sector. Our more than 750 employees provide comprehensive services in the areas of consulting, development, operation and procurement. In addition, we operate one of the most modern high availability data centers and IP networks in MV. In your new position, you coordinate the entire project course and thus take over the control of highly topical topics in the context of the management digitalization of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. With your strength in project management paired with your affinity for IT and digitization topics, you are the contact person for the ministries and language tubes to the internal experts. Your new area of responsibility includes: Management of complex and strategically significant projects (internal and external), as well as strategic consulting of management with regard to the overarching management of the DVZ M-V GmbH project portfolio Developing and implementing a long-term concept for the continuous review, evaluation, control and prioritization of projects and programmes within the framework of the project portfolio (including standards, processes, tools) Creating and establishing risk management processes at the level of the project portfolio key*in contact for project portfolio management Development and ongoing review of (among others) economic criteria for evaluating projects and programmes Development and presentation of decision templates for upper management in relation to projects/the project portfolio (e.g. prioritization, etc.) Creating a Regular Reporting (Dashboard) on the Project Portfolio

completed studies of informatics/economic informatics or a comparable qualification with corresponding demonstrable experiences multiannual experience in project and portfolio management, ideally with certifications such as PRINCE2 or comparable standards sound business knowledge IT market and IT product knowledge analytical and conceptual strength as well as a structured working method
