As a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you will work with consultants and project managers in smaller and middle teams in an agile environment to ensure project success. You will also: New and advanced customer applications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Service) and embed them into the architecture and system landscape of our customers Customize and expand Dynamics 365 CE modules by customizing and programming Implement Flows in Power Automate and develop and maintain plugins Customize frontends by TypeScript Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and applications Supporting the analysis and implementation of business requirements and keeping user stories in mind Create technical documentation and reports

As Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you should bring: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications Knowledge of the development of customer engagement apps Funded knowledge in the Power Platform, with PowerApps and Power Automate Good knowledge of .NET / C# / HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerFX Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform are advantageous The ability and interest to quickly engage in technical topics to implement the requirements of our customers Interest in AI tools to use them supportively in your working day, taking into account the applicable legal requirements (e.g. EU‐AI‐Act, Data Protection, Compliance) Basic travel readiness (3 days/week), depending on the customer situation Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
