The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. Praktikant (m/w/d) Are you looking for a meaningful return to working life, an exciting helper activity or want to get to know something completely different as a cross-comer? Clear and predictive working hours are important to you? Then you are right in our team. In our housing group Wichernstraße 6 in Mühltal, 11 young adults with mental and physical impairments live in the EC and the second upper floor. During the day, some residents who need more intensive and more individual support will be assisted by a firm team in the group. Others visit the day's place, which is in the immediate vicinity.

How does your day look like • Together with an experienced team, you will help people with impairment to live a full life and are there for them to tackle everyday issues such as shopping, cooking and leisure activities • They provide empathy and humor for a reliable daily routine and promote social participation in individual and group settings • They also support the basic care of our residents (assistance during the dressing and extraction, showering, oral and dental care, etc.) • You work closely with the members of the group of people who support you in your work

You can look forward to this • An indefinite employment with a job share of 20-40% with a work plan in the 2-shift system (spring and late), which takes into account individual wishes with weekend services according to agreement • Intensive involvement by the team on site • Remuneration according to AVR.HN E4-E5 (39.750€– 52.200€ Full-time/year - depending on experience and qualification - incl. Annual special payment and fixed allowances), plus time supplements and occupational pensions (ECVK) and family budget • Extras such as JobRad, Health Services, Employee Discounts and Granted Germany Ticket • Internal training, pastoral care, advice and first aid in crises, coaching and supervision
