Planning and coordination of operations of our trucks, including the acquisition of freights in external freight forwarders Efficient organization of reloads for our fleet Creation and management of transport orders Examination and control of the required delivery documents Monitoring and processing of incoming invoices and credits Implementation of general administrative tasks in the field of logistics Creation of statistics for the evaluation and optimization of logistics processes

Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics officer or comparable training with practical experience in disposition Strong organizational skills and effective time management Expressed cost awareness and willingness to take responsibility Advantage: Good knowledge of English and Polish Team capable, committed and socially competent Used in handling MS Office Knowledge of MS Dynamics Navision desirable, but not absolutely necessary Solid knowledge of economic indicators
