Spanish projects

• carry out small repairs and maintenance measures themselves
• Outdoor and Green Plant Care, Winter Service
• Cleaning activities supported by machines
• Painting work
• Cooperation with external companies
• Guide checklists to the object
• Participation in accident and post management (e.g. emergency service) as well as in shift service (return and late service in exchange)

Your passion for real estate

• Training in a craft occupation or craftsmanship
• Professional experience of advantage (but not necessarily required)
• independent and service-oriented work
• Basic knowledge of how to use the PC and mobile phone
• Class B driving licence
• Driving time Location – Oschatz: max. 30 minutes
