Qualification: Complete training in the field of track construction / road mechanics / civil engineering with further training to the master / technician (m/w/d) Experience: Multiannual practice in track construction, ideally in a senior position Knowledge: Safe handling of technical regulations (DB guidelines, VOB, DIN standards) Personality: Structured and solution-oriented mode of work, team spirit, enforceability and sense of responsibility Flexibility: ready for weekend, assembly and shift work on up to 10 days per piece, with corresponding free time compensation Mobility: Class B licence required and nationwide readiness to travel (private use service cars)
