To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated protective engineer (m/w/d) for our location in Leipzig at the earliest possible time.

Your tasks

• Planning, parameterization and commissioning of protective technology
• Execution of protection tests on medium and high voltage systems
• Parameterization of protective devices of various manufacturers
• Analysis and evaluation of faults and fault diagnosis in electrical power plants
• Maintenance, inspection and maintenance
• Support for network connection projects and coordination with network operators
• Creation of current schedules, technical documentation, protection concepts and test protocols
• compliance with applicable standards, directives and safety regulations

Your profile

• Complete training as an electronics technician for operating technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, master, technician or studies in electrical engineering
• knowledge of protection and, where appropriate, Electrical power plants
• Experience in the field of medium-voltage, high-voltage or photovoltaic systems
• Safe handling of protective equipment and test equipment
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VDE, IEC, TAB)
• Structured and independent operation
• Team skills and strong technical understanding
• Class B driving licence and readiness to travel
