Conception, organisation and support of events (e.g. start-UPFactory, Late Layer, Tiger of TechBase) Coordination of processes, timings, registrations, participants, speakers and service providers Refurbishment and evaluation of events as well as maintenance of participation data and feedback Support for administrative and organisational tasks in daily business Working in the visibility and marketing of start-up offers in close coordination with the team

Higher education or commercial training Experience in event management Motivation to advance event organization and marketing in the team Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English & MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) A structured, independent and careful way of working Communication strength, service orientation and a friendly, sovereign appearance
