Support for the creation of offerings and cost estimates in the technical FM, among others, for maintenance services or projects in the field of TGA / ELT New projects including state assessment and detection of defects Processing of data from the performance directory to the transfer to the CAFM system / the sales calculation (including master data, deficiencies, mass balance) Participation in coordination with customers, partners and branch management

Bachelor Facility Management, Master, Technicians, Engineers or Similar, with professional experience in the described field Insufficient experience in practical implementation in technical facility management, necessary and related standards and regulations Willingness to further develop leadership within the branch Good knowledge of Planon, Microsoft Office applications, SAP S4 / HANA Embossed customer orientation as well as service and design understanding combined with team capability, reliability, analytical thinking and very good communication skills
