Project management of research projects for the development of innovative and complex methods of information technology monitoring (ITÜ) in the field of server and specialty TKÜ, by initiation, implementation and coordination of the projects by continuous examination of the technical requirements and independent objective beyond the respective state of the art Application and administration of funding as well as project controlling/quality management, incl. production of final reports Coordination with project partners and partners in Germany and abroad Defining work objectives, tasks and priorities as well as meeting and assigning decisions for projects

Implementation of ITÜ measures in the field of server and specialty TKÜ at the highest technical level and with particular difficulty by accurately designing technical measures to perform the criminalist-operative task independent technical use and monitoring of the technical methods as well as technical guidance of the technical employees in the specific measures including Result control Ensuring operational coverage to protect the methods used, taking into account recognised standards in the field of information security

Graduate, Master or Master in Computer Science At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in a corresponding profession in the field of ITÜ after graduation On top You have specific application knowledge in the field of cryptography, server and specialty TKÜ as well as for the implementation of ITÜ measures in the police and criminal process context and have the necessary knowledge about network technologies including the protocols and IT security technologies used there. They bring deeper experience in the project management of highly complex research and development projects according to scientific standards in the field of IT. They have gained extensive experience in managing ITÜ's agile development teams as well as implementing methods and implementing ITÜ measures. They have deeper experience with technical approaches for a criminally valued information collection in communication infrastructures and architectures and the darknet or technical mechanisms for obtaining these data and with technical-operative situation developments. You have good English skills in word and writing (level B1 [GER]). Good cooperation and team-oriented action are of course for you.
