You are responsible for the strategic accompaniment of multimedia supply and in particular for external and internal coordination and communication in connection with the expansion of the fiber optic network in the existing and new building You are responsible for the project management, for the exchange to the construction schedule and monitor the dates Multimedia You are a contact person for all topics related to multimedia supply and are available as an information provider, solution finder and coordinator in the project and work closely with the external stakeholders and the responsible employees. You accompany the strategic development and are responsible for the observation, evaluation and translation of future technological developments Other tasks You will participate in the contract adjustment and invitation to tender for further expansion areas You are responsible for billing payments for broadband cable and fiber You are training the technical real estate managers in the field

Professional experience: basic knowledge about telecommunications networks and broadband cable technologies Qualification: Complete technical or university studies of real estate, business management, financial management, engineering or comparable Expertise: First experience in project management and implementation and control of larger construction projects
