Keep the threads in your hands and ensure a smooth run between sales, transition and our operating companies. You take the costing of offers for technical services and make sure that releases and deadlines are adhered to Together with the specialist departments, you critically check the quotations and ensure their timely completion You develop our tools and processes and drive their optimization forward The responsibility for calculatory service lines in large-scale projects lies with you and the mentoring in the team You get offers from suppliers and after-contractors, check them carefully and work closely with purchasing In case of object visits and bidding discussions, you will ensure the plausibility of the calculation and bring your expertise into operator concepts

You have a completed study with technical deepening or training in a structure relevant to building management Multiannual professional experience in the costing of building management services, ideally in technical facility management Analytical thinking, a pronounced numerical understanding and a structured way of working characterize you You bring good German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as very good Excel skills with Knowledge in DIN 276, SV tests and VDI standards complete your profile
