Technical Employee Construction (m/f/d)

Implementation of construction consultancy, construction and support for external specialist planners, architects and tenants independent preparation, performance and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures Quality assurance and control of project sequences and dates Controlling budgets, reporting and analysis, as well as accounting for building measures detailed list of statistics, planning work in material and financial terms close coordination with the cooperative and the authorities' operational departments

You bring a completed study in civil engineering or equivalent training. A multiannual professional experience in a comparable position is of decisive advantage for the performance of the tasks. You have basic commercial knowledge and technical expertise. You work independently, structured and targeted and value a positive occurrence. You are characterized by secure computer knowledge, including tablet PCs. You have a driving licence (drive permit B) to use our company vehicles.
