You will be integrated into various training departments and acquire relevant expertise through active cooperation You quickly take responsibility and implement your own smaller projects independently – of course in the team that supports you and gives you confidence We prepare you specifically for the working world of tomorrow: you get insights into the most modern office and communication systems and profit from internal teaching During your 3-year training as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), you will learn all important commercial areas (e.g. material management, finance, human resources and many more) and will immerse yourself in the exciting world of the pharmaceutical industry As a full-fledged team member, you take responsibility from the outset, work actively and gather valuable practical experience

A good school degree – a medium maturity, a high school qualification or a lesson form the basis for your entry Curiosity in business processes and joy in discovering the commercial world Team spirit and willingness to take responsibility from the outset and introduce your own ideas Open-mindedness for new things as well as the joy of actively embarking on varied tasks Commitment and motivation to actively contribute and shape your training Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
