Your tasks:

• Technical support levels 1 and 2 for users:inside via email and phone
• Functional mailbox support
• Support for areas of expertise in process renewals, extensions and changes
• Interface function between departments, financial management, quality management and software house
• Care and development of LEA
• User training:in new processes and systems

Your qualifications:
