Your tasks:

• you guide and organize your living area incl. Services
• you ensure professional planning, implementation and evaluation of care processes
• you carry out basic and treatment care
• The PC-assisted care documentation (structure model) is created or revised by you
• proper performance detection in the care documentation according to SGB V is a matter of course for you

• examinated nursery and recognition for residential management or willingness to acquire this qualification
• at least two years of professional experience in direct care
• Organisational skills and high social competence
• Knowledge of the structural model desirable
