The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB). The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad as well as for the cultural structures of the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. The Z 4 ''Inner Service, Printing'' unit within the Central Services department is responsible for the central support of the administrative processes. The tasks include procurement and material management, the operation of the central registry, post office, messenger service and the readiness to travel including the administration of service bikes. An adjustment is made in the 3 TVöD Group, as far as the personal requirements are met. The employment relationship is limited until 31.08.2028.
