Mechanic Development (m/f/d)

Production of tools for experimental, prototype and small series applications, in particular for silicone and thermoplastic processing Independent implementation of development approaches in highly precise mechanical components, assemblies and devices based on drawings, sketches or functional requirements Conducting and evaluating technical tests and deriving optimizations Self-assembly, operation and optimization of NC and CNC machines as well as working on conventional machine tools Rapid Manufacturing Technical Support Development and maintenance of the machine park including maintenance and maintenance Planning, documentation and tracking of orders

Complete vocational training as a precision mechanic, tool mechanic or comparable qualification Very safe practical experience in handling NC and CNC controls Knowledge of working on conventional turning, milling, drilling and grinding machines Experience in the production of precise devices and tools, especially for experimental, prototype and small series processes Interest and experience in model construction desirable Designed creativity and independent working, especially in the implementation of abstract ideas in functional mechanical solutions High level of precision, attention to detail and enthusiasm for small, demanding components and fine mechanical work Representative team and communication skills in the workshop and development environment Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
