Number: MER0003YWE MO/EAE is part of Assembly Engineering (MO/EA) within the E/E Technologies & Architecture Directorate. The task of the department is to make the increasing complexity of the E/E manageable for production and to realize the opportunities of digitalization for securing the testing and commissioning of vehicles. Remote Cloud Testing (RCT) replaces today's hardware-bound commissioning and testing of cars and VANs in production. Instead of numerous test devices, we use MB.OS to connect to the vehicle with WLAN, appealing UI/UX for all users and a powerful cloud backup. You can expect state-of-the-art technology, a high impact of your own work and a diverse, direction- and division-wide project team. You would specifically support the project management in one of the major MB.OS@MO projects to guarantee a successful project execution. To strengthen our project team, we are looking for two working students with different focuses from May/June 2026: (1) Project control & (2) Data analysis and reporting Among other things, you expect the following tasks: (1) Project control: Supporting the project management in the design of efficient processes and procedures to ensure successful project management and optimally relieve the project management and the project team from administrative tasks

Project controlling for budget and human resources

Preparation of regular project meetings and maintenance of the project status report with status updates for each work package and the overall schedule

Management and monitoring of risk management

Support in the preparation and implementation of workshops, events and presentations

Coordination, preparation and dispatch of project communication such as e.g. Newsletters, intranet appearance and film masters

(2) Data analysis and reporting: Creation and further development of the project status report & existing dashboards in Power BI

Construction and maintenance of KPI reports to control the progress of the project

Support for tracking and evaluation of tickets and work packages via Jira

Optimization of processes for documentation and tracking tasks and results

The activity can begin from May 2026.

Course in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering or Comparative Education

Safe handling of agile project control methods

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Experience with PowerBI and analysis and setup of databases

Structured work and networked thinking

Professional appearance and strong team and communication skills

High level of self-motivation and self-employment

High self-initiative and commitment

Experience with Confluence, Mural, Teams, Jira

German and English skills. Spanish knowledge of advantage
