Werkstudent HR Controlling & Compensation (m/f/d)

Strengthen our HR Controlling division in Munich (Germany) to March 2026.

• Support in HR Controlling & Analytics with focus on data analysis and reporting

• Support of the Compensation & Benefits team in all aspects of day-to-day operations and national and international projects

• Implementation of data research and evaluations to support data-based decisions in HR

• Automation of HR Controlling Processes using RPA

• Remuneration topics for addressable communication (presentations, videos, etc.)

• Possibility of a subsequent thesis

• Study of Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science or Business Psychology with focus on analytics, controlling, statistics or a comparable study direction

• Finded user knowledge in dealing with current MS Office applications, especially Excel (e.g. Power Pivot, VBA) and PowerPoint

• Ideally first practice experience in relevant areas

• Analytical skills and a high degree of reliability and communication strength

• Good English knowledge of word and writing
