Customer advisor for commercial customers (m/f/d)

You actively support the business customers assigned to you personally in all financial services. You acquire promising new customers. You create financing concepts and are responsible for the granting of credit commitments within the framework of the transferred competencies. You use both internal and external specialists for the complete financial development of business relations. In the case of relevant assets, You include the corresponding asset advisors as part of a co-service. For risk-oriented processing, You use the instruments of early-risk detection and support.

You have acquired or close at least the degree to the Savings Banking and Banking Business Administration or a comparable qualification. You bring about two years of practical experience from the consulting business of a savings bank or bank and can prove success. It has knowledge and experience in the credit business, ideally in the commercial credit business. You have deepened your knowledge through seminars in commercial customer care. You are contactful, customer-oriented and empathic in the appearance of internal and external interlocutors. You are characterized by their solution-oriented operation.
