Employee Financial Controlling (m/f/d)

This will be your job: Financial planning & Budgeting: creation, monitoring and control of budget planning and rolling forecasts. Final work: Active participation in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB (optional IFRS). Reporting & Analysis: Creation of regular standard reports as well as ad hoc evaluations for management and department manager. Deviation analyses: implementation of target-actual comparisons and commenting of deviations including the development of recommendations for action. Liquidity management: support in financial planning and supervision of liquidity development. KPI development: further development and maintenance of business performance indicator systems for managing business success. Interface function: Close exchange with accounting and support for strategic projects for process optimization.

Take this with you: Qualification: You have a completed degree with a focus on finance/controlling or a commercial training with a corresponding further education (e.g. a certified controller or account holder). Experience: You bring well-founded professional experience in controlling or financial and accounting. IT affinity: You have very good knowledge in ERP systems as well as an expert experience with MS Office, especially Excel. Analytical Strength: You have a pronounced number affinity and the ability to precisely analyse complex facts and prepare them for the recipient. Personality: You are a real team player and work structured, independent and with a high degree of conscience. Mindset: You have the pleasure of optimizing processes and bring a proactive 'Hands-on' mentality.
