Your tasks:

• Reading, applying and guiding working papers.
• Provision of the material including transport containers for FE and UE parts.
• Examination of the dimensional accuracy of the supplied components and, where appropriate, manufacture of the parts.
• Compilation of all parts according to order.
• Preparing welds.
• stapling, testing and welding of the components.
• Production, testing and release of the first part and subsequent series production.
• packaging of the manufactured parts in charge carriers according to the operating instructions.
• Testing of workpieces during and after the manufacturing process.
• monitoring the quality of the finished parts in the framework of the self-examination of the plant according to the test plan.
• Documentation of test and measurement results according to test plan.
• Testing of parts with standard measuring means.
• compliance with order and cleanliness in the workplace

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training in the metal sector or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in WIG welding of aluminum.
• Valid and suitable welder for the WIG welding.
• Safe working according to work documents, drawings and test plans.
• Experience in stapling, testing and welding of components.
• Safe handling of conventional measuring and testing equipment.
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing required.
• Quality-conscious, careful and independent working.
• sense of order and compliance with cleanliness and safety requirements at work.
