Professional care, counselling and training of patients: women with acute and chronic wounds and stoma systems Participation in the development and implementation of nursing concepts, standards and processes in the field of wound and stoma supply Guidance, advice and support of nurses in wound and stoma therapy Close cooperation with doctor:inside, therapist:inside and other professional groups Documentation, Evaluation and Quality Assurance of Nursing Measures Training for employees and relatives Cooperation on projects to improve the quality of care Support in the selection and application of modern wound and stoma care products Cooperation with studies and projects to improve care Close cooperation with the department management and interdisciplinary teams in the design of innovative care concepts Documentation and evaluation of the care process as well as participation in team meetings for individual treatment planning
