Rotation in different areas, such as manufacturing, quality, supply chain and supervision, including a 6-month stay abroad Own responsible takeover of tasks and projects in the respective rotation area Participation in Mentoring, Coaching and GRDP (Global Rotational Development Program) Training Networking through international and cross-departmental cooperation Implementation and management of Lean and KAIZEN Events
