Property management Commercial & technical management of housing owners communities and rental properties Organisation, implementation and preparation of owner meetings including the implementation of decisions taken Planning, commissioning and monitoring of maintenance, modernisation and repair measures Contact persons for owners, tenants, administrative councils and crafts and service companies Commissioning, controlling and monitoring of craft and service companies Ensuring service-oriented, economic and legally safe object care Cooperation with authorities, insurance companies, experts and external service providers Processing of damages and accompanying damage regulation Maintenance of object and master data as well as documentation of all relevant administrative processes

knowledge of commercial and technical object management as well as a safe and sovereign occurrence Ideally professional experience in WEG and/or rental management – dedicated cross-comers with a suitable background are also welcome above-average engagement & high time flexibility Structured, independent and service-oriented operation Willingness to further develop and enjoy actively shaping processes and ideas Communication strength, organisational skills and joy in dealing with owners, tenants and service providers
