In railway infrastructure projects, you take over the cross-structural planning, among others, for the planning and realization of bridges, railway stations, track systems, electronic control units (ESTW), overhead lines, European Train Control Systems (ETCS) Your task is to develop technologies to minimise structural constraints in railway operations This involves the determination of the operational framework conditions of the railway company, the development of stoppage concepts and restricted areas, the participation in the construction phase planning and the development of the technical application for the construction work plan of DB InfraGO AG From a company perspective, you will be performing the regional response function of DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH You advise the project managers:inside the contracting entities with regard to the construction business concerns and inform them about the appointment and approval of the construction measures in the construction business plan For the construction of the projects in the Deutsche Bahn network, in cooperation with the parties of DB InfraGO AG, you create the conditions for the construction of the projects.

Your profile:

Higher education and training as a transport engineer:in, transport planner:in, civil engineer:in, transport or railway system engineering Alternatively, you have a qualification as a specialist building manager: in railways or a railway-specific training with construction knowledge and multi-year professional experience, e.g. as a train taxer Ideally, first professional experience in railway operations, in construction business planning, logistics construction site planning / processing or in construction site, planning or project management A self-contained and result-oriented way of working distinguishes you and you know how to organize well at the PC workstation with MS Office You are team capable and bring together various interests and people to a solution In stressful situations you keep a clear head and prioritize on the basis of operational concerns
