F&B Assistant (m/f/d)

Support of the R&B leadership in the operational and organizational management of the gastronomic areas at the Spa & Resort Bachmair Weissach Active cooperation in day-to-day business as well as direct support of service teams to ensure the highest service quality and exceptional guest satisfaction Competent advice of our guests on food and drinks with special focus on wine recommendations and appropriate culinary accompaniments Participation in the further development of our wine offering and support in the care and presentation of our wine cards Support for orders, inventories, goods controls and ensuring economic use of goods Cooperation in the planning, organisation and implementation of special events, wine evenings and gastronomic concepts Support in the incorporation of new employees and promotion of a positive and service-oriented team culture Control and ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene and service standards in all gastronomic areas of the house Close cooperation with kitchen, service and other operational departments to offer our guests a first-class and seamless experience Active participation in the optimization of processes, service quality and guest satisfaction and support in administrative tasks in the R&B sector

You have successfully completed training in the hotel industry or gastronomy and have already gained professional experience in the service or R&B sector Ideally, you will have first experiences in a coordinating, responsible position and would like to develop professionally and personally in the field of Food & Beverage. Your passion for high-quality gastronomy, excellent service and lived hospitality is noticeable in your daily activities You will delight in wine and culinary delights and enjoy constantly expanding your knowledge and sharing with guests With your professional appearance, your communication strength and your feeling for guests you create special pleasure and service experiences Team spirit, self-initiative and a hands-on mentality are both the willingness to support both operationally and administratively You convince with a high quality awareness and the need to achieve first-class results together with your team
