ACT NOW! - these are your tasks:

• Organisation of inspection and maintenance work and monitoring of work execution
• Guided tour of all employees in your object / project (e.g. object technician, service technician)
• Employee instruction and safety assurance
• First contact for all project participants
• Service-oriented customer support

Your profile - you should bring:

• Complete training for the installer and heater master / Master SHK or state-tested HLK technicians or a comparable qualification such as refrigeration plant master
• Experience in holistic technical building management (TGM)
• Good knowledge of the structures Heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary
• Self-sponsored, responsible and targeted working
• Class B licence
