You advise our international customers on exciting questions about SAP SuccessFactors and actively contribute their expertise Take responsibility for projects from planning to successful completion Here you analyze the requirements of our customers and design individual solutions for the digitization of HR processes You implement and configure SuccessFactors modules and support during running operations In workshops, key users convey the SuccessFactors application in operational events

Multiannual professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors as consultant or as HR Key Userin Completed training (FH, Uni) in the field of computer science, business informatics, human resources management or comparable Interest in the introduction and optimization of HR processes Very good understanding of systems and databases Good communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
