Together with the management, you shape the IT strategy for the areas of software and application development, accompany change processes and ensure efficiency, sustainability and optimal alignment of your area In the medium term, you have the opportunity to assume overall responsibility for IT You know the SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM) we use and support their optimal use and development in the team As a central contact person for business management, departments, external partners and IT service providers, you represent your team in German and English You analyze existing IT processes and workflows, identify optimization potentials and implement organizational and technological measures to increase process efficiency With your know-how about modern IT organization, IT governance, agile methods and best practices, you drive the further development of our systems, applications and structures You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, promote individual development paths and shape an open, modern and collaborative team culture

You bring at least 5 years of leadership experience in the software, IT or SAP environment and have proven teams successfully set up, managed and developed You are convinced by empathy, clarity and decision-making – even in complex projects and challenging situations, you meet sound decisions and keep a strategic overview You work safely with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban as well as with classic project management. A certification (e.g. as Scrum Master or Project Management Professional / PMP) is advantageous You can prepare and convey technical, economic and strategic content in a manner that is addressable – whether compared to management, stakeholders or your team You think entrepreneurial, understand business processes in detail and consistently align your IT strategy with corporate goals and future market requirements You have a sense of innovation, digitalization and sustainable IT architecture and want to actively shape the digital transformation of our company
