Operation of domestic equipment of supply technology (heating, sanitation, ventilation, cold) independent analysis and elimination of faults and faulty operating conditions at the said plants Implementation of necessary maintenance work according to VDMA Collection, documentation and accounting of all works in the CAFM system Ordering of consumables and repair materials and creating a scale recording, in particular, thermal values Coordination of work tasks with internal and external service providers Execution of work on mobile and permanently installed inventory ( benches, wheelchairs, steel doors, windows etc.) – missing skills are trained Participation in craftsmanship

Completion of vocational training in the field of supply technology (SHK) or a comparable training with multiannual professional experience Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook pronounced analytical thinking Team, customer and success orientation Service readiness and independence Willingness to further education
