For our customers in 53842 Troisdorf, we are looking for several cutting mechanic milling, CNC milling and CNC machining forces (m/w/d) for precision production in machine and plant engineering.

Tasks:

• Self-assembled, run and operation of CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control
• Programming and optimizing CNC programs on the machine
• Production of individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
• Implementation of measurement, shape and quality controls with common measuring instruments
• Monitoring and optimization of production processes
• Maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of CNC machines
• Self-improving minor disturbances in the ongoing production process

Requirements:

• **Completed training as machining mechanic (m/w/d)
• Very good knowledge of CNC milling
• Experience with Heidenhain controls (e.g. iTNC 530 or TNC 640)
• Experience in setting up, running and programming CNC milling machines
• Safe handling of technical drawings and measuring devices
• Experience in individual parts and small series production
• Self-employed, precise and reliable operation
• Team skills and technical understanding
• German language and writing required
