Your role

Supporting and actively shaping ideas management

Working with the planning and implementation of ideas campaigns

Support in the development of creative communication materials for internal speech

Examination and processing of employee ideas from all business sectors

Exchange with internal stakeholders, experts and ideas

Working with the design and care of the employee portal page

Development of new workshop formats and training materials

Planning and moderation of ideas workshops and online trainings

Advanced studies in marketing, communication, media, BWL or a comparable area

Enthusiasm for future-oriented topics and creative solutions

Very good MS Office knowledge

Structured, independent working and fun on team work

Quick conception, creativity and holistic thinking

Strong organisational and communication skills

Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
