Maintaining the Company's Certification Care and further development of the quality management system and related processes and documents at all certified company locations with on-site presence Evaluation of quality-relevant key figures and reporting to management Responsible preparation, support and follow-up of the monitoring and recertification audits according to ISO 9001, internal quality, as well as supplier and customer audits First contact person in terms of quality issues, quality agreements and product requirements in technical and documentary terms Advertising processing Support for the CS process Training of employees on quality management system Technical and disciplinary team management of the Quality Management department

Completed technical or scientific training / technical or scientific studies, ideally with further education in quality management (e.g. QM officer, QMB) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in quality management is advantageous Knowledge of relevant standards Secure handling of test equipment, measuring equipment, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Experience in performing internal and external audits German and English in word and writing Leadership experience as well as pronounced communication and organisational skills readiness to travel regularly and flexibility Self-employed, cooperative and careful working
