Your tasks with us: Digitalization and process design: You identify digitization needs in the office, remodel processes, prioritize projects and create policy templates. You control the introduction of digital applications – from planning to organizing project groups and training to care and support incl. Monitoring and troubleshooting. You establish as automated reporting as possible, optimize interfaces and data validation and prepare evaluations for decision-makers in a comprehensible manner.

Career and maintain the professional applications Prosoz 14+, OpenWebFM and SoPart in coordination with our system administration. You manage access rights, maintain system parameters and templates, edit error messages and organize updates and deletion runs. You actively support employees in the application of the systems.

Payment processing You ensure the correct and timely execution of payments from the specialist program and control the payment runs taking place three times a week.

Take this with you: Qualification: You have a career examination for the upscale non-technical administration service, the degree as an administrative specialist or a bachelor's degree in social economy, finance, business administration or comparable.

Knowledge, experience, strengths: You already have first experience in managing IT projects. You can find yourself in digital applications quickly, analyze technical issues systematically and develop practical solutions. You organize your tasks independently, set priorities and keep track of multiple parallel tasks. You convey technical content in a comprehensible and service-oriented manner and are sure to agree with different speakers.
