This will bring you:

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Completed studies in health care or recognition for care services according to § 71 SGB XI
• experience as a nursing service or representation in a nursing facility or comparable institution
• Good computer knowledge and openness to digital-based documentation
• High social competence in dealing with residents, relatives and employees
• High commitment and organizational capacity

Your tasks:

• Personal planning
• Checking care quality
• Ensuring a need-oriented care of residents
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of the MDK
• Employee work and contact care e.g. B. to doctors and social workers
• Advising our residents and their families on the nature and scope of the necessary care
