Your task area

• Advice and support of patients and their relatives
• Activity in the neurogerontopsychiatric daily clinic
• Working in clinical trial management
• Orientation to current psychosocial stress factors
• Including regional psychosocial services
• Networking with outpatient and stationary support systems

Your profile

• Complete study of social education
• First professional experience in social education
• Secure handling of MS Office (SAP knowledge of advantage)
• Representative expertise, methods and social skills
• Good knowledge of digital media
• knowledge of case management desirable
• Organizational ability and experience in network work
• Ideally experience in psychosocial and medical fields
• Joy in working with people from 60 years
