Conducts sophisticated diagnostics and repairs on various engine products and market segments – independent and with high service quality. Strengthens customer relationships through professional, fast and friendly support and represents the company positively. Ensure operational excellence by consistently adhering to documented repair times (SRTs), safety requirements and quality guidelines. Promotes young talent by actively sharing less experienced technicians and technical knowledge. Detects additional sales and service potentials by proactively identifying and communicating customer needs. Supports team coordination and planning, e.g. in the case of personnel requirements, overtime and continuous improvement processes. Go ahead with a good example in terms of safety and quality, e.g. through the implementation of Toolbox Talks and compliance with HSE requirements. Takes technical leadership and training, including product training and communication of upgrades, tailored to customer needs on site.

Embossed communication skills – You are able to convey information clearly and targetedly and adapt your communication to the needs of different target groups. Technical understanding of engine systems – you analyze and interpret the interactions between electrical and mechanical systems (e.g. exhaust gas, cooling, fuel systems, drivetrain, sensor technology) and use diagnostic tools and technical documentation for efficient troubleshooting. Customer orientation – You build trusted relationships with customers and develop solutions that are tailored to their individual requirements. Care and application of diagnostic tools – you use measurement instruments and technical documentation specifically to identify and troubleshoot precisely and efficiently. Training/experience: Complete technical training and a valid driving licence. Extensive experience in the field of motor technology and sound expertise.
