Graduate in Pharmacy and Approbation as pharmacist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the function lead (m/w/d) of production Experience in the leadership of cross-functional teams GMP knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements Competence in interface management and stakeholder communication Expertise in cost optimization and process design German and English spoken and written Very good judgement and rapid opinion Strategic-analytical and conceptual thinking Communication and enforcement strength as well as organisational and coordination capability
