R1008056 ) in the field of transport across Germany This responsibility is yours: In this exciting and varied place, you are a senior authority for the construction monitoring services in relation to the structures involved in the construction project. (LST, Hoch-/Tiefbau, Oberbau und Telekommunikation) responsible for infrastructure projects of our customer Deutsche Bahn. This ensures compliance with the relevant and relevant regulations and directives. Its tasks also include ensuring and complying with the technical, terminological, qualitative and commercial requirements in the field of all assembly activities by monitoring, coordinating and ensuring compliance with the construction process.

You develop and update the overall construction plan, taking into account the schedules of the companies involved. You take over the overall budget responsibility and ensure a cost-conscious project implementation. You coordinate all the works involved and actively accompany the project realization until commissioning. You monitor and report deviations in the execution regarding quality, costs and appointments and bear the responsibility for this. You shall ensure that all necessary and released documents are available and will assist the project management. You coordinate and monitor pauses and breaks, as well as the construction freedoms for the companies involved. You shall ensure compliance with the contractually secured services and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and directives. You monitor operational, stand and traffic safety and ensure the smooth construction site logistics. You coordinate and monitor deficiencies, scales, advertisements and supplements to ensure a timely and quality-oriented project realization.

Successfully completed studies in the direction of railway technology/signalling technology or Study of electrical engineering or mechanics Long-standing experience in control and safety technology and possibly construction and building technology Very good knowledge of technical dependencies/provisions in the implementation of control-&safety projects in the Deutsche Bahn network Very good experience in handling interfaces to the Deutsche Bahn High team capacity to manage tasks in one's own field Networkable to operate and activate interfaces across the company.
