But You are often stuck: strategies and implementation are breaking apart, old systems are braking more than You help and teams are fighting to constantly adapt to new requirements. Together with CIOs and IT leaders, develop IT strategies and help them bring structure into complex projects and promote the modernisation of IT landscapes

Take responsibility for the operational and holistic implementation of our diverse consulting projects (around the topics IT organizational reviews, IT strategy, IT M&A, reorganisations, ITmodernisation) Together with your colleague, develop future-oriented IT organizations and help your customers close the implementation gap between strategy and reality Work with studies, white papers and other publications to provide the mgm views to a wide audience Bow to your personal profile as an expert:in, project manager:in or build and use your network to get started in sales

You have a successfully completed master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields You bring knowledge about the relationships and processes in IT organizations with as well as 2-3 years of consulting and/or project experience in the middle class or groups with You have knowledge in at least one of these areas: IT organization, IT strategy, IT processes, ITmodernisation You have practical experience with AI tools and can derive concrete AI application scenarios from technical requirements, evaluate them in a structured manner and reflect aspects of responsible use from the outset Even in stressful situations, you stay calm, targeted and effective. Out of conviction, you are also introducing unconventional ideas, questioning the status quo and continuously working on improving things. German and English skills and readiness to travel complete your profile
